Ok so I have never been the kind of mom that cries on the first day of school. And today was no exception. I thouroughly enjoyed getting them ready this morning and kissing them each goodbye and watching them ride down the street to school on their bikes. I did miss them a little during the day, but I just had to close my eyes and enjoy the quiet to get over that.

Even though the boys said they were not excited at all for school, I think that they were very ready to go this morning. Alli got up on her own, and ready in like 10 min. Joey had to make sure to pick just the right shirt, and Zach had to make sure his hair was perfect. They all succeded. They are so adorable!!!

Here is the cake I made the kids for their first day of school.

Daddy came home for a few days, and Jason could not get enough of him. He was daddys little shadow. Brian even got one of Jason's rare kisses.

Well, we made it through the summer with no broken bones or stitches, but Jason had to get something in. I was at a friends house, and he was running around with the kids, and ran smack into the wall!! We all thought it was cute to put the boxing gloves on him. Even though I think the wall won.

It's fair week!!!
These are the cupcakes the kids made today to enter in the fair. Alli did the 'corn on the cob', Zach did the ice cream cone, and Joey did the caterpillar. We will find out tomorrow how they did!

Last Tuesday I had the opportunity to take the 4 kids to the Twin Falls temple open house. I was a little hesitant, you know my kids in the temple!!!! but I have to say I am so glad I took them . They were perfect children ( the tour was only 15 min. ) Their true colors were shining at diner after but that wasn't so bad either! We all had a very memorable time.

Jason mostly liked to play in the sandbox, but here he took a moment to talk with his dinosaur he won at the fishing game.

Joey laying down on the job, looking for the money in the sandpit. He still managed to find quite a bit.

Zach digging in the sandpit Aunt Alice put money in the sand for the kids to find. Zach being so diligent, found a whopping $37.25. Very impressieve buddy!

Allison swinging on the swings at the reunion this last weekend!

Zach and Jason goofing off at Grandpa Carrolls 70th birthday party!

Jason checking out his new bike. (it was bedtime so he had to ride it in the house I was afraid if he knew he could take it outside I would never see him again!) He loves chasing 'the brothers' and Alli around the house on it.

Summer fun! Splashing around in the baby pool.

The little moments!
When the world is just not fair. And you have to hang your head and take a deep breath.

Alli posing for the camera.

Jason and Joey rockin on grandpas porch swing, it sure looks like they are about to cause some trouble to me.

Too cute,
My sister Melanie aka Lanie sent me this shirt that she found to remind me of our youth. Those were the good old days. Alli is already planning when she gets the shirt from me for herself.

Zach, Alli, and Joey, learning how to jump on a pogo stick at grandpa Roy's. It took a few tries, but the boys got the hang of it pretty fast. Alli on the other hand doesn't weigh enough to even get it off the ground so dad had to help her out a little bit.

Brian and Allison on the day of her baptism. We want to thank all of you who were able to make it for Alli's special day. And especially those of you who helped. Tyler and Grandpa Carroll for giving talks, you both did a wonderful job. Kristie for leading the music, Chase, Kayleb, Saydee, Zach, Joey and Jason for singing, that was very memorable. And grandma Sally for helping with the lunch. We have a wonderful family and we want to thank all of you for your love and support.

Our beautiful baby girl is 8! Wow how the time flies. This is the morning of her baptism.

Happy Birthday Allison!
Here is Alli on the morning of her birthday checking out her new bike. She had outgrown her old one so its a good thing she asked for a new bike!

The Biggest loser!
Well it is going slow but sure. I am down a full pound this week. That makes a total of 1 1/2 wow. This may take me all year to lose the weight, but when I do look out! If people would stop having birthdays it would be a lot easier on me. hahaha Anyway keep wishing me luck I need it!

Happy Mothers Day!

These are pics of the earings that my kids gave me for mothers day. They have great taste!! Thanks to the best 4 kids any mom could ever have! We had a pretty good day, mostly recouperating from our day at lagoon on Saturday, which totally wore all of us out. I will have those pics up later, I forgot my camera so grandpa Roy had to take the pictures. Have a great mothers day everybody!
