Now that my coat rack project is finished, of course I have to start another one. My dad brought me up this old dresser. I am going to refinish, or paint or crackle or do something to this, I am not sure yet. but keep checking back, I will show you the result when I decide what to do!

OK. so this is one of my many wild and crazy ideas that I come up with, then my dad has to help with. This is my laundry room. There was a window here, but I thought it was a worthless window, it let the cold in in the winter, and the hot in, in the summer. So of course I decided I was going to close off the window, and have a nice bench and coat rack. So a couple of weeks ago me and brian closed off the window, and called my dad to help with ideas for a bench and coat rack. My dad found the coat rack part at IKEA(fun store, I could get in so much trouble in that place) So me and my mom went to see the coat rack, I loved it and bought them. Then I found a bookshelf that if I turned it sideways, would be the perfect bench, but it was too long, so my amazing dad, built one that would fit!!! I absolutly love it. The kids have their own baskets to put their shoes in, so I don't have to trip over them to get to the washer and dryer. It is a perfect fit, so dad, thank you sooooooo much!

Happy Birthday to our sister!
Every year on Meggans birthday we celebrate for her. This year we made cupcakes, then arranged them in an M for Meggan. For some reason, this year was harder on Alli, she wishes she could hang out with her big sister. Maybe someday! Here are the 4 kids celebrating and eating the yummy cupcakes!

Happy Birthday Meggan!!!
Today is Meggans birthday, she is 17. It is hard to believe that she is that old already. For those of you that don't know her, she is Brians daughter from his first marraige. She sure is a beautiful girl. And we all sure miss her. I have a bunch of cute younger pics I wanted to add to this, but Brian lost the cords to my scanner!! Sorry B I had to rat you out!

Who doesn't love cookies?????
Here are the 3 older kids decorating cookies for our neighbors. Its a tradition!

Valentines packages from grandma and grandpa Carroll! Grandma and grandpa have sent the kids a valentine package every year! The kids love getting their mail. And they LOVE eating their chocolate, especially Jason this year. Thanks grandma and grandpa we love you!

Better late than never!!!
Here are the 3 kids with their school valentine boxes. This year Alli made hers at school with her class, but both Joey and Zach needed to make one at home. This is our attempt at creativity. For Zachs we used a game we had, the ants in the pants sponge bob square pants version, took it apart, and put it on a box. As you can see, Zach loved it. For Joey we tried to do a rodeo set. We took one of his bulls, and a couple of cowboys put them inside a paper fence. He totally loved it.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY
Here is me and Jennie ready for the commercials in 3D! Some of them were actually pretty cool. But NOT as cool as we are in our glasses. And here is my Jason. He had to clean up after the superbowl. The adults were way too tired. Good job Jason!

Well it is recorating time AGAIN. Alli was ready for a change from the yellow walls. So I took her to lowes and let her pick out the new color. This is what she picked. It is called Limenada. We think it turned out pretty well. And she is happy, and thats what matters.
This is the before picture of her yellow room.

OH CRAP!!!!!

I guess it was bound to happen sometime, I just didn't think it would happen so soon. For the past couple weeks we have been letting Zach start our car in the mornings so it will be warm for us. He has been doing a great job...... till today. I sent him out to start the car, Then when we all went out to get the kids to school I noticed my car was about 8 ft. closer than when I parked it last night. Then Joey noticed that my tire was flat. and our trailer was pushed up and back. Well seeing how its Monday and all it took me a minute to catch on to what happend. I looked at Zach, and he knew I knew. Zach apologized, then they all got a ride to school from our neighbor (since I had a flat) Then that same wonderful neighbor put my spare tire on for me so I could get into Pocatello and get it fixed. Now my tires look good, can't say the same for the poor car, it will have to wait to get fixed! So moral of the story:START YOUR OWN CAR!!!!!!!

Zach and Jason wanted to go out and build a snowman, but the snow was melting except for right up by our house where the drifts had blown in. So they decided to carve a snowman in the drift instead. I think it turned out pretty cute!

UNDERWEAR HEAD

We were out shopping the other day, and jason found this 'Diego'underwear he just had to have, so I got it for him. On the way home, I could hear Joey and Alli laughing in the back seat so I looked in my little baby mirror, and this is what I saw. I can't get this kid to wear a hat for anything, but underwear, he is proud to wear. What a goofy kid.

This is Joey 'Joseph' with Mary at our ward christmas party. He sure did a good job (even though there were no speaking parts) . He is pretty cute too!

The kids showing off the chirstmas stockings. There were a couple comments about how small they are this year (Joey). I told him they are the perfect size for coal. (he doesn't think I am very funny). Also this year I did not have the energy to decorate our tree, so I just let the kids have at it. This is truly a charlie brown christmas tree in its decoration. However I have left it alone, and I hope to continue to leave it alone. They are very proud of their work. And very excited to start seeing some presents under it!!

OK YES I am a huge Twilight fan, and yes I did go see the movie with my sisters, I LOVED it!!!! I can't hardly wait till the make the other 3 movies. It makes me want to read all the books again!

Me, Alli and Jason decorating the trees for the gingerbread house. Well we were trying to decorate faster than Jason was eating.

This is the kids on the night of "light up Downey" Sorry I don't have a pic of Zach, he claims he is too old to sit on santas lap. But Jason, Joey and Alli, were ready to get in there and put in their requests.

This is the gingerbread house that the kids, (and Brian) put together. Its a good thing I took a picture of it because the kids started eating it right away!!!
